Do I require to purchase any ticket for this festival?
No, you do not need to purchase any ticket for this festival. You can gain entry by registering on our website
inkzen.art/neuartfest/register and producing a valid government identity
card to the security at the venue gate,
for
example, Aadhar card, Driving License, Passport, etc Please keep in mind that, due to the limited capacity of
the
venue, entry will only be allowed on a first-come first-serve basis.
Entry will not be allowed without registration.
Do I need to purchase slots for the workshops?
Yes, you need to purchase slots for the workshops. Due to limited seats available, you are advised to book your workshop slot as early as possible. Seats will be awarded on a first payment basis.
Do I need to bring my own materials for the workshops?
You do not have to bring any materials. They will be provided to you by the organisers. The charges for the same are included in the workshop fee.
What is the minimum age of entry?
There is no minimum age of entry, however, minors on or below 14 years of age need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Is alcohol allowed at the festival?
No. Consuming alcohol is not allowed inside the venue during the entire festival. No alcohol will be sold, nor will anyone be allowed to bring alcohol inside the venue. Additionally, individuals who consumed alcohol will be denied entry and you agree to security checks by attending this festival.
What are the prohibited items?
No narcotics, drugs and alcohol are allowed on the festival grounds. Please see the terms and conditions. NEUART
2023 is a drug-free festival. Anyone found at the venue with any illegal substances will be removed immediately
and reported to the authorities.
No weapons and prohibited items are allowed on the festival grounds. You must cooperate with security checks
during entry.
NEUART organizers hold the right to eject you from the festival grounds for any bad behaviour or action, as
outlined in the terms and conditions.

Rights & Representation: Inkzen Studios (henceforth, INKZEN) is the sole organizer, producer, promoter and licensor of the North East Urban Art Festival 2023 (NEUART 2023). INKZEN owns all intellectual property rights related to NEUART 2023 before, during and after the duration of the festival. Sweven is solely the title sponsor of NEUART 2023. INKZEN is not responsible to festival attendees for the organization, production, promotion and/or implementation of the festival or any aspect thereof (collectively, the “Festival Implementation”). Neither INKZEN, Sweven or any of its affiliates or other representatives (“NEUART”) shall have any liability, obligation, or responsibility in connection with the Festival Implementation, and festival attendees will neither name nor join INKZEN, Sweven or NEUART as a party in any action or suit anywhere in the world.
Liability: INKZEN, Sweven or NEUART does not accept any responsibility for any injury caused to persons, or any loss or damage to personal property brought to the Event. Additionally, INKZEN, Sweven or NEUART are not responsible for the safety of the belongings of the attendees.
Screening Policy: Your belongings may be searched on entry to the festival for hazardous, flammable, explosive, poisonous, toxic, narcotic/hallucinatory, arms, ammunition, knives, handheld weapons, sharp objects and/or illegal materials ("Prohibited Items"). You consent to such searches, must cooperate with security and waive any related claims that may arise. If you elect not to consent to such searches, and/or are found in possession of Prohibited Items, you will be denied entry to the festival without reason, refund or other compensation.
Anti-Narcotics Policy: INKZEN, Sweven and NEUART strictly condemns and forbids any drugs or narcotics and/or psychotropic substances as defined under The Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, Act, 1985 (“Narcotics”) at the Event. Any festival attendee found using, procuring, possessing, supplying and/or partaking in Narcotics during the festival shall be evicted from the venue immediately and will not be refunded and/or compensated in any manner. Additionally, INKZEN, Sweven and NEUART reserves all rights to initiate all available proceedings and actions under law against such festival attendee.
Alcohol Policy: Participants, attendees, and all individuals present at NEUART 2023 (henceforth, attendees) are strictly prohibited from bringing, procuring, or consuming alcoholic beverages on the festival premises. Additionally, individuals who have consumed alcohol will not be allowed entry into the festival. NEUART 2023 reserves the right to enforce this prohibition through security measures, searches, and inspections. Individuals found in violation of this clause may face immediate removal from the festival. NEUART 2023 may also take appropriate legal action, including reporting incidents to law enforcement. NEUART 2023 encourages responsible behaviour and expects all participants to respect this prohibition. By attending NEUART 2023, individuals acknowledge and agree to comply with this prohibition on bringing, procuring, or consuming alcohol.
Code of Conduct:
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes a safe and respectful environment for everyone involved. Violence in any form, including but not limited to physical altercations, verbal abuse, intimidation, or any behaviour that poses a threat to the well-being of others, will not be tolerated. All individuals attending NEUART 2023 are required to refrain from engaging in violent acts, including the use of force, coercion, or any behaviour that may cause harm or fear. In the event that any attendee is found to be in violation of this clause, NEUART reserves the right to take immediate action, including removal from the festival premises and reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities.
NEUART is committed to fostering an inclusive and secure environment, and we rely on the cooperation of all attendees and participants to uphold these principles. o NEUART is committed to creating a festival environment that is free from all forms of sexual abuse, assault or harassment and encourages a culture of consent and bystander intervention. Participants and attendees are expected to treat each other with respect and consent. All individuals attending NEUART 2023 must refrain from engaging in any form of non-consensual behaviour, including but not limited to sexual harassment, assault, harassment or unwanted advances. Any reported incidents will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate action, including removal from the festival, will be taken. If you witness or experience any form of sexual abuse or harassment, please report it promptly to festival staff or security.
NEUART is committed to fostering an inclusive and diverse environment that celebrates the richness of human experience, and encourages the use of respectful language and behaviour. We welcome individuals of all backgrounds, regardless of race, ethnicity, nationality, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion, or any other characteristic. Discrimination, harassment, or any form of prejudiced behaviour will not be tolerated at NEUART 2023. All attendees are expected to treat each other with respect, kindness, and consideration, fostering an atmosphere of humanity, free from bias and discrimination. Derogatory comments, slurs, or any communication that promotes discrimination or marginalization of any individual or group are strictly prohibited. If any participant experiences or witnesses behaviour that goes against the principles of inclusivity and diversity, they are encouraged to report it promptly to festival staff or security. NEUART reserves the right to take appropriate action, including removal from the festival, for any behaviour that violates this clause.
Right To Refusal: INKZEN, Sweven and NEUART reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject an attendee or a participant appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, is showing signs of Covid-19 including a high temperature or a persistent cough, and/or is otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, disruption and/or nuisance at the Event.
Age of Admission: NEUART 2023 welcomes attendees of all ages; however, individuals under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for admission to the festival. They understand the nature of the event, including the potential exposure to loud music, crowds, large scale painting work and other festival-related activities. Parents or legal guardians assume full responsibility for the well-being, safety, and behaviour of the accompanied minor(s) throughout the duration of the festival. NEUART 2023 organizers and staff are not responsible for the direct supervision of minors. Parents or legal guardians attending the festival with minors hereby acknowledge and consent to their child's participation in NEUART 2023 and to the terms outlined in this clause. NEUART 2023 reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee, including minors, for failure to comply with these terms or for disruptive behaviour.
Jurisdiction: The laws of the Republic of India will apply to these Terms and Conditions and courts of Guwahati will have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to the Terms and Conditions.
Artist Representation: The views expressed by the individual artists and performers ("Artist(s)"), either in course of their performance, or on their social media channels, or any third-party channels and platforms, online or offline or otherwise (collectively, "Channels"), are solely their own and neither do they represent those of INKZEN, Sweven and NEUART nor are they endorsed in any manner by INKZEN, Sweven and NEUART or affiliates. Artists at all times remain fully and solely liable and responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views. INKZEN, Sweven and NEUART will not be responsible for their actions, expressions and/or views, and any claims, damages, outrage arising due to the comments, pictures or videos posted by the Artists on the Channels. Additionally, INKZEN, Sweven and NEUART shall not be held liable or responsible for any violation of intellectual property rights that may arise out of any Artist performance.
By attending NEUART 2023, attendees acknowledge and agree to abide by the aforementioned clauses and understand that violations may result in serious consequences.
